• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent materials
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent any security measures of the Service

Intellectual property

QR codes you generate using this Service belong to you. You retain full ownership of any content you encode. The QuikQR name, logo, and website design are owned by QuikQR and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses from QR codes that become unreadable, outdated, or fail to function as expected.
