QuikQR is designed to be private by default. QR codes are generated entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your content — URLs, contact details, WiFi passwords, and any other data you enter — is never sent to our servers.
We collect minimal, anonymous data to understand how the site is used:
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense set cookies to measure site performance and serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We use Google Analytics for site analytics and Google AdSense for advertising. These services are governed by Google's privacy policies. We may include affiliate links to printing services. Clicking these links may result in us earning a commission at no extra cost to you.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. QR code content stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
